Return Policy

Southwind gladly accepts unused, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise within 35 days from the purchase date. You have the option of coming to our retail store or mailing it out. 

In Store

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item , you may visit our store in Irvine to return your items in their original condition and packaging. Please bring the credit card used on your order, the original packing slip, and the return form. We are open from 9 A.M. to 6 P.M. every day.

By Mail

You may also return the unused item in its original condition and packaging to via mail. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Contact Southwind at (949) 261-0200 to receive a Return Authorization (RA number) and return instructions.
2. Enclose item(s) in a sturdy box or padded envelope to prevent damage in transit. Mail to:

3. Return the package using the delivery service of your choice. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
4. Please allow about 1 week for the refund to be completed.

All refunds will be issued back in the original form of payment.
